Styled and photographed by Madeleine Winters she describes the collaboration as truly awe inspiring, images of a fearless, beautifully unique bride standing high atop a rocky outcrop, set against the backdrop of a valley and almost apocalyptic sky. Our bride raises her bouquet of untamed foliage, flowers and trailing ribbons in celebration – feeling literally and figuratively on top of the world. Perched on the rock, she soaks in the scene, reaching through the expanse and feeling free. She explores the adjacent woodland, ensconced in the vastly tall silver birch trees spanning far as the eye can see.
Alt model Rebecca oozed the fearless yet feminine vibe and rocked the hell out of the handmade gown by Maedae Creations, the fierce headpiece by Kirsty Grant Design and lest we not forget those breathtaking flowers by Frances and Rose. Cruelty free hair and makeup was crafted by Nicola Whitfield to pull together a strong look. The videography was created by Sheffield based and award winning indie creative Alex Noble of Puzzleglass and captures the emotion and talent behind the shoot.
Creating the jewellery for this was easy, femme rock chic sings to my soul and I instantly reached for the killer Obsidian Arrowhead ring, the raw black diamond ring and teamed it up with some earthy gold rings featuring unique grey diamonds and hammered bands.
The inspiration with this project was clear; to remain true to your style, to be your glorious unique self and put aside the traditions of yesteryear - for now all that matters is your wild heart and unconquerable soul.
